To fulfill our purpose of carrying the message to the alcoholic who still suffers, the Unfortunates Group takes meetings to various correctional facilities in the DFW and surrounding areas.
Collin County Corrections Training Schedule- On Hold

Return completed 2-page background application via mail or email

Include a copy of your Driver’s License

Include a copy of a recent photograph of yourself

Include all required documents and/or recommendation letters

Receive email confirming your application has been accepted

Reply to email to acknowledge your enrollment for training

Check in with the front desk 20 minutes prior to training start time

You will be asked to present your Driver’s License

You will be issued a visitor badge that is to be worn at all times during the training.

A Court Class, Inc.- On Hold
A Court Class, Inc provides substance abuse counseling and court related education classes for repeat offenders. The Unfortunates bring AA meetings to the Garland facility in an effort to bridge the gap to Alcoholics Anonymous for those in the program.
Dates:
1st and 3rd Monday of every month.
8:30 PM - covered parking available to the right side of the facility.
NO MINIMUM SOBRIETY requirement for attendance.

Abode Treatment- On Hold
Meeting is in Dallas South of Downtown. Abode Treatment serves felons recently out of lockup that are court appointed to treatment and/or sober living. Please contact Chris C., Kyle L., or Tim S. for specific information. No sobriety requirement.
