, especially around how smaller Mongolian businesses are trying to adopt AI tools without fully understanding what skills their employees will need afterward. That feels like the biggest gap. We’re adopting the tech, but we’re not consistently training people to live with it. In my case, I had to pick up some of the basics of Python and learn how to read dashboards, even though my background is in HR, not tech.
